The Zapata County Museum of History preserves the diverse history of Zapata County and the surrounding area. Educational programs, interpretive exhibits, a permanent collection and preservation of historic artifacts related to local history allow us to bring history to life and connect the past to the present. We strive to inspire the community to further investigate our history while also promoting a sense of pride in our local history.
